Very strange, I'd say just make the choice where MC is on top and it should be enough. I'll try the game again just to check.
After playing again, there are situations where you have to give up, like with the Gym coaches, about Molly never ask her about her tattoos, with the neighbor girl, has for her number, after beating the teen she was trying to befriend, don't text her again, then when speaking again with her she'll ask to lick her ass, agree, and later she will come back for giving an handjob, and after she will call again, accept to meet her, and you will be able to fuck her. For the girl in the bar, you just have to keep talking to her and this should do the trick.
Another thing, the dev of that game seem to be heavily biased toward futa on male, so there is kinda less male on futa content too.

For Phasmohentai, apparently that game's getting a remake or something? Might wanna check out what's going on there.
Since I'm pretty sure that means Phas itself is abandoned as of now
The neighbor girl was fine, honestly, besides it feeling like I skipped through a couple of days without literally anything else progressing. Before I then got dumped into the bar scene with barely any context for why that even happened.
All that aside, I decided to just not bother with that game. Still, thank you for tryna figure out what was up, there

Yeah, I gave up with the Gym coaches quick, issue with them is that straight after I end the gym go without doing anything, something still ended up being scuffed anyways, can't remember what it was though. That said, I also asked Molly about her tats, so that might also be the actual problem

You're welcome ! Thanks to you, I could figure out that I missed the first update, so I was actually quite happy about doing it, even though I would have liked some nice male on futa content with the coachs and even Molly but well.

Jack Blaze I forgot to mention that I have indeed tried the new game from Phasmohentaia dev, but to be honest I didn't like it very much… The two previous games are way better to me, but lets see how it goes (if it gets updates, we can't be sure…).
This is a great recommendation. I really enjoyed it. Not finished yet, but even if it's not focused on male on dickgirl, the content is pretty good.

they only have dom stuff no sub, that might be why you skipped otherwise idk how you missed it
the cg exists in the files but sub route for the yoga and gym coaches not implemented yet

There aren't much tbh, there is FutaNemesisLol who does alot of stuff that include malexfuta but its not all they do

The closest one I've played is Lunar's Chosen, which is also one of the best. The main girl is futa/dickgirl, one of the main secondary characters is, and then others pop up as the story goes on. Its not 50/50, but its more like 70/30. There's a lot of story, but then a lot of disconnected scenes thrown in as well. In Influencing you can choose the rate you want. You can even be the only male in a city full of single bottom dickgirls /women, if it's what you want. Exiles and The Shrinks are pretty good at this too, you should check on them if not already done. In Sinful Life there are slightly more women, and The New Me has a good distribution too. Ah I nearly forgot Inner Demons, this one is amazing.
