A bit surprised S.H.E.L.T.E.R. isn't on here yet. (Unless it is. Kind of hard to ctrl-F.)
Anyway, the girl who works in the garage has a choice where she can be futa or not. Not only is she 'true' futa with both sets of organs, but there's the incredibly elusive pregnant futa option! Yes, you can get her pregnant with the futa option, and there are a few sex scenes of it.
It's like a redhead who drinks scotch and loves Diehard.

Anyone suggested JASON: Coming of Age yet? At least one of the primary LI can be futa and there seems to be more in the works. The one that is in the game already is pretty great... high hopes

The Gilded Ladder has now its first male on dickgirl scene, it was worth waiting, Chrissy is gorgeous. The game is still only at the beginning but the progress is there.

oh wait, i just noticed that Taboo University is not on the list, there are a bunch of male on futa scenes since its from the same devs as Fetish locator.

Also REALLY debating whether or not UFO should be kicked off the "The Best." The few updates it gets are REALLY brief, and the dev seems to indicate in the thread that it's mostly going to be futa on male moving forward, so idk.
