Whomever updated the thread forgot to update the version in the title (it reads v0.2.0 instead of v0.3.0). It also needs to be marked as Completed, and maybe include these dev notes:

v0.3.0
Act 3 added to the game, including 3 new H-Scenes and 4 unique endings
The game is now Story Complete for English players. Future languages will be included in the 1.0 patch, but otherwise nothing else will change between v0.3.0 and v1.0

I thought this game would be much bigger than just 3 updates, I'm sad it's over so soon.
The developer created more than 3 games at the same time and was trying to manage everything at the same time, which was a bad choice in my point of view, made the development of everything slow and the amount of content that some games received disproportional to others. Well, that's only what i'm able to see whitout much info of the internal management and stuff, maybe they made more than one contract and them just waited updates from the studios? Anyway, atleast this game ending is enjoyable

It's true that this style of development is risky, but not impossible. Even if a dev only worked on one game, it wouldn't change anything, because he's still dependent on collaboration with artists.
The dev simply jumps between projects like a frog, in the meantime artists provide the necessary art. This gives him a stable workflow instead of waiting and waiting... He's not the only one who practices this.
It's more about NFW have stronger and weaker side in story writing and game design (FNAF-style games are generally successful, while BC is considered weaker).

That ending... I don't want to say it's bad but boy is it weird.

First off, the 'sometimes shorter stories are better' followed by the 'my people need me' pulled by Mal feels like this wasn't the original plan.
Second, she goes 'we'll never meet again' and about a dozen lines later she's back like nothing happened.
Third, I get hit in the face with 'He's crossing the street with an animatronic fox', makes sense in retrospect but what an odd reference after that sincere ending.
