Why are all these random women trauma dumping in my Mal0 game?

I never comment but wanted to for this because I was genuinely disappointed I finished it. Loved the art, writing, character interactions, music, everything really. Wish I discovered and played this when it was fully completed.

This is the first time I see a finished version with the number 0.3. I always thought a version would have the number 1.0.
