Man of the House: Save Request Thread

Do any of you have a new version Savegame, around v. 07, so I don't have to play from the beginning again. A haven't played from 0.8, so I would prefer, not to use the dev. save. Or will it work, if I edit the savegame file as stated in this thread ?

For anyone that want's it here's a zip file with 3 saves:
  1. The v0.8.3 100% save that comes with the game (for those that lost it and don't want to redownload the game)
  2. A 100% of v0.8.4.
  3. A 100% of v0.8.5. (Due to a bug one of the photos can't be seen and some of Emma's Achievements are unearned since they don't save).

How do i get my saves from the older versions to the newer ones, I started in version 0.8.2(extra), and haven't been able to play 0.8.3 or on because i cannot figure out how to get the save file to the newer version, thanks in advance

The game was redone on 0.8.3 so save files from previous versions don't work (it's stated on the Changelog and it's also stated in big red letters above the download link on the main thread).
You can either start a new game or use the included 100% save (it's the same as a 100% save of 0.8.2 since it has the same "content" as 0.8.3).

I've finished the 0.82 version, has anybody got a 0.83 initial quest save in way to play the 0.83 on 0.85 version of the game?

No. When it comes to content 0.8.3 is the same as 0.8.2.
For version 0.8.3 the game was remade with the main reason being the removal of bugs that were caused by old code (there were other changes like the interface). When talking about the content, like I said it's the same. The only changes were the order of events (some events happen in a different order) and requirements were changed (to reduce the grind and also remove dependency between characters so you don't have to further the relationship with Mom in order to complete Veronica for example). This is the main reason why save files from previous versions don't work since although 0.8.3 has the same content as 0.8.2 it was changed so much that there would be problems using old save file.

With new version comes a new save file, here's a zip file with 5 saves:
  1. The v0.8.3 100% save that comes with the game (for those that lost it and don't want to redownload the game)
  2. A 100% of v0.8.4.
  3. A 100% of v0.8.5b (Due to a bug on that version some of Emma's Achievements are unearned on this save since they didn't save on it).
  4. A 100% of v0.8.6.
  5. A 100% of v0.8.7.
Reminder: You can change the Main Character's name by opening the .sav file on a text editor (ex: notepad) and changing the name of the 4th line. For example, if you want the MC's name to be Guy then change the 4th line from "<Name>Mike</Name>" to "<Name>Guy</Name>".

It wont let me extract the files, keeps coming up with an error when trying to copy
