General #16 is the bonus ending. You'll need to have all of the other achievements at 100%, everything in the gallery (images, scenes, videos and collectables) unlocked along with Ashley's jealousy and Claire's suspicion stats at 5 each.

It depends on which of the three parts of the event chain you're missing. Check Claire's gallery and see if you have her images (75 - 86) unlocked and let me know which ones you're missing.

I know with out looking I have the sexy black outfit and the apron. I am missing the last outfit in the chain. In mom's gallery I am missing photos 81 thru 86. Never mind I found out what it was. I didn't boff her while she was cooking.

it shows 45 locations.In your phone under gallery/collectables it has 45 Items. My phone shows I have collected 20 but yet when I look at the locations listed on this link ,I have collected at all but 7 locations. From the (1)taxi and (2)public transport (after multiple rides it's supposed pop up as a scene) The casino (3) when betting $100 on bonus prize ( multiple time I am guessing) for a pop up scene when you win that bet. Talking to Cassie (4) at Mom's work (yet to pop up). 2 from the Shady Figure (5&6) ( when walking at night), I remember getting 1 so far. Out front of the (7)Museum ( I swear I got one there but now I am not sure). So 45 minus 7 = 38 but yet my phone shows 20 collected. I am confused on why I only show 20 collected.

I don't know why but before I posted this I had 20 of 45. Now I have all but 2 ( casino and bus missing). For some reason the game wasn't updating them as I found them. I am missing 2 armed forces. If you look at my post above, Sonic93 said the Special Bonus at the casino shows as a heat on the wheel. I see no heart on my wheel. (1st is my wheel, 2nd his)

OK. I reloaded the game and now all but 2 show up. The casino one and the bus one. The casino is when you win the Bonus prize. I have no bonus prize on my wheel. I have been riding the bus to all locations for a couple weeks game time and no collectable has popped up yet. See attachments below for casino. One is from Sonic93 showing special bonus ( as a heart). On my wheel I have no heart .

Lol it's funny I was saying how the special bonus wasn't on my wheel at the casino in my last post. I decided to give it one more try and got it on my first bet. So now all I need is the bus collectable.
Those are random, so yeah, you may need to try a number of times. RNG can be a harsh mistress.
