If you didn't go to Neon the same day you ordered her to remove her panties, you will need to repeat the same steps again (even though you already have her panties in your inventory).

1. Give her the laundry chore.
2. Take her to your room.
3. Order her to remove her panties.
4. Go to Neon at midnight.
