I just realized I've been postin my questions in the wrong thread (for which I apologize to the Mods).
For right now, let me ask: Is there a PDF walkthrough available? I don't recognize the file extension for the grindthrough, and nothing is coming up on my tablet when I click on the walkthrough link.

I'm stuck on Veronica and Amy. I made it to the part where Claire needs Message oil, but when I talk to Amy after going to the sex shop, and nothing happens. I have the panties, and her hearts are maxed out

Has she talked to you at Club Neon about Veronica when she keeps looking at her following day go to the gym and talk to her first time she will ask if you want to work talk to her again and the pantie event should trigger

Yes, she told me she's interested in her, and try to put in a good word for her, or something to that extent. Is that the conversation you mean?

Yeah thats one damn I forgot one thing have you massaged Claire yet if not you will need to, you will then need to get massage oil from the sex shop and find out they have none that will then lead you to Amy and swapping the panties for massage oil

Yep, that's the last thing I did with Clair. Then I went and the oil was out of stock. I went to amy the next day and nothing. I did the cab ride with Veronica and she gave me a HJ. That keeps happening everytime we take the cab. She doesn't mention anything about Amy.

The phone contacts also say on Amy "I need to focus on my relationship with Veronica"
While Veronica's says "I need to focus on my relationship with Amy"

I hope it's not a glitch

There is a possibilty that this is a glitch if I remember correctly it to do with the number of stars you have with Veronica if you have more than 11 stars with Veronica the event wont triigger you will have to Manually edit your save file and drop her stars to 11.
Open your save in Notepad Go to Edit/Find and type

<DisplayedName>Veronica</DisplayedName>
Scroll down a bit more and you will find
<Name>Special</Name>
<Value>11</Value>
<Max>19</Max>

The top value is the one you need to change and that needs to be at 11 and then save it restart the game, you then need to open the cheat Menu on your phone and drop Amys hearts back to 9 then go back to Club Neon and the event should trigger

Ok thank you, I have 11 but my hearts are over 9, so I'm gonna try dropping that and see what happens.

Edit: I just tried that, and still nothing. Is it supposed to be under 11 or 11 and under?

Amy needs to be at 9 Hearts and Veronica needs to be at 11 stars thats why you may need to edit your save

Oh ok, yea they're both correct, idk what it is. In the achievements, on the taking a beackseat, the middle one is ???

I think 'Larry5168' may be burning the candle at both ends here If my memory serves me right, when you give Amy the panties her stats 'raise' to 5 Hearts and 3 Stars, so you need to lower them to that or under, hope that works for you, and @larry5168 , tut tut;
