okay, assuming Chloe is the younger sister, whom you help with homework
If you HAVEN'T had the scene where she enters your bedroom, your hints should say something like "watch horror show, say good night to xxx, help with biology, watch porn after xxx sleeps"). One of these raises her arousal (lips), the other raises her her love (hearts). You needed 20 hearts to watch the horror movie- if your hearts are now above 30 and no bedroom scene... restart from an old save, you have found a bug where something is giving you hearts beyond the point it should be capped (you don't want 100 love and 0 arousal, like that other guy)
Go to sleep before 1 AM, and set your alarm to at least 6 AM. If you have the choice, apparently you now leave the door CLOSED (it may not matter- CLAIRE needs it opened to peek, but Ashley may not care)
It might only trigger M-F, but if it works, you get the message "sometime during the night", and Ashley attempts to join you. If you a nude (this early in the game), she will leave again. If you are wearing boxers, she joins you in bed.
Just to be sure it works, I recommend you - watch movie again after dinner, say good night at 22:00, watch porn at 22:00, do any other 22:00 chores (Claire), visit veronica at 23:00, then go to sleep until 8:00 (if she joins you, she'll reset the alarm to 8:00 anyway)
The only other things I can think of that might be messing you up- did she kiss you after watching the romantic movie yet?

Ashley stat : 30 heart / 15 arousal
The message says (only 1 cuz i did the others): " If i watch a horror movie with her, she will probably get too scared to sleep alone "
Whatever interaction with her doesn't give me neither Hearts nor arousal anymore (complimenting / studying / watching movies / saying goodnight ) nothing gives stat boosts anymore in her case :'(

@DARKVAMPIIRE you need to watch the horrormovie then when you go to sleep put boxers on and close the door she will come into your room in the middle of the night , took me bloody ages to figure that out

I did it at fu*** last X'DDDD Watch / Porn / Say Goodbye / Sleep (Boxer+Close door+ Alarm 8AM) .... OMG after 10000000 attempts hhh

Is anyone else having trouble with the date with Veronica, I can only seem to get 6 hearts and the blonde from the previous walk-through is not present at all on the date

If you read the in-game tips, you would know how to do this:
You can get full with Veronica. The blonde will only show up as known to you on the date if you had some fun with her at the gym. You'll need to do some gym jobs as a trainer.

I handed the maid outfit to Veronica before asking and unlocking the Health Club, now she does not talk to me and I do not have the location of the Health Club. Is there another way to unlock the Health Club?

What version are you playing? In .8.3 the Health Club is unlocked by default. Are you playing .8.2 or using a .8.2 or earlier save in .8.3?
So here is my save. Again I can't progress with Ashley. I have not cheated or edited any files in any way. Sophie can't progress until Ashley does. The hint for Ashley is that the MC likes when he wakes up with her ass grinding against him. I've been past this part in 8.01. The old walkthrough says at this point that while in the MC room on Saturday she sends you a text inviting you to the mall with her and Sophie. I even tried being in my room then to recieve a text just in case, nothing. Thanks for any help you can give.

Thank you Ender. Unfortunately this is a bug we didn't catch before release. It has been reported and future updates will be fixed for this. For now, you can fix it yourself, please read this post here on how to do it:

Yes, there is a Tanning Salon in the Health Club to raise your Charisma. The only other way to do it is to buy the perfume in the mall that gives +10 for $100.
As far as your health club not being on your map, please upload your save so I can take a look at it.

Click the "Upload a File" button on the bottom right in the reply window. Browse to your save file (it is in the Man of the House folder\savegames ) and click your current save file. It will attach it to your post.

I don't get the problem, you have the Health Club on the map in your save, you're fine. It's to the left side.
