A piece of advice I can give you is to look at the hints the game gives. They should help you find the way.

After the first sauna visit, you'll have to go through Ashley until she gives you a handjob when watching porn (I believe Ashley's stats should be LOVE>=80 AND ARROUSAL>=60). Once done Ashley will talk to you when leaving your room at 15:00 to meet her and Sophia at her room on Sunday.

No. The scene should trigger when you try to leave your room through the door at 15:00 on a weekday, there's no need to trigger anything else unless Ashley's stats aren't high enough (which should be at the point you described). What does Sophia's hint say?
