Believe Norn came first, and their art is better [imo; less fetish-y -- Ahego (or whatever it's called) + no body writing and such].

Edit: Not too sure about the Norn / Meil separation, but think they're either partnered / merged, or Norn is the parent company and they branched out to Meil.

They're both imprints of the same company and Miel is actually a spinoff of Cybele, another imprint of that company, not Norn.
