Here are some games with less scripted (more than the average trainer) corruption mechanics that tie into/are the gameplay. And I'm limiting it to games where a character purposely influences another, so not games like Karryn's Prison where the corruption is incidental.

Naked Ambition. You play as the confidant of a princess and influence her mood, which in turn affects her actions. You also decide on what training she does. Most of the game is watching the actions of the princess based on her mood and RNG (card draws), and skill checks also influence outcomes. Basically a corruption game, though the MC isn't written as having that motive (and actually doesn't have much presence compared to the princess).

Cyberslayers has sci-fi mind-control.

Corrupted Saviors has in-depth gameplay-driven corruption mechanics. Focused on rape, violence and mind-break.

In SKA, much of the corruption comes from the secondary protagonist brainwashing the main one.
