Hi everyone

First of all, i'm french and i don't speak english so i'm sorry for this
i hope someone can help me, i'm gonna try to explain my problems

I have made two adult games, the first is a CG game, the second is a video game
my first problem is the language ^^ so, someone know a good translator please ?

also i need to know if i need to protect my works ? with copyright or something else, i really don't know...

when the translation of my game gone be good, i'm gonna post it on this site so i hope
you gonna have fun with

again sorry for my english, it's really hard to me
i rewrite in french if someone can translate on good english...

J'ai crée deux jeux videos pour adultes, le premier est un jeu CG, le deuxième contient des vidéos

Mon premier problème est la langue du jeu, j'aimerais le traduire en anglais
connaissez vous un bon logiciel de traduction svp ?

Mon second problème est de savoir si je dois protéger mon travail ? et si oui comment svp ?

Quand mes jeux seront correctement traduit je les posterai sur ce site, j'espère donc que vous les apprécierez

High practice of F95... Well, not necessarily F95, but English forums. Practice your English, use and abuse of Google Translate at first (even if it's not always reliable), and you'll learn by yourself, reaching quick enough a English level which will let you translate your games.
It's not obvious for someone with bad English skills, but a lot of games are in a really bad English.

You want a proof ? I was really bad in English two years ago, and now had more trouble translating my answer back in French (I'm French !), than writing it in English.

Une grande pratique de F95. Oui bon, pas nécessairement F95, mais des forums en anglais. Pratique ton anglais, utilise et abuse de Google Translate au début (même si ce n'est pas toujours très exact), and tu apprendras par toi-même, atteignant assez rapidement un niveau d'anglais qui te premettra de traduire tes jeux.
Ce n'est pas évident pour quelqu'un avec une mauvaise connaissance de l'anglais, mais un grand nombre de jeu sont en fait écrit dans un très mauvais anglais.

Tu veux une preuve ? J'étais vraiment nul en anglais il y a deux ans, et aujourd'hui j'ai eu plus de mal à traduire ma réponse en français (je suis français), qu'à l'écrire en anglais.

You can, but you don't really need it. French laws make you owner of your creations since the start, but obviously it's hard to prove it without legal depot. This said, last time I checked, the "legal depot of the poor" worked in France. Just send your work to yourself in a letter with acknowledgment of receipt. Don't open it and keep the receipt.
But well, it's useless. If someone steall your works, it will not worth to sue it since there's 99% chance that it will be an international lawsuit. So, it will cost you tons of money and in the end, not only you'll win nothing, but you'll never even see this nothing.

Tu peux, mais tu n'en as pas vraiment besoin. Les lois françaises font que tu es propriétaire de tes créations dès le début, mais évidement c'est difficile de le prouver sans dépot légal. Cela dit, la dernière fois que j'ai vérifié, le "dépot légal du pauvre" marchait en France. Envoie simplement ton travail à toi-même, en recommandé avec accusé de réception. Ne l'ouvre pas et conserve l'accusé de réception.
Mais bon, c'est inutile. Si quelqu'un vol ton travail, ça ne vaudra pas le coup de le poursuivre vue qu'il y a 99% de chance que ce soit un procès internationnal. Donc, ça couterait une blinde et de toute façon, non seulement tu ne gagnerais rien, mais en plus tu n'en verais jamais la couleur.

Maybe another option would be to ask around (like here in the forums) if someone who can speak both French and English very well, can offer help with the translation. Have seen this happen a couple of times already.

C'est pas un logiciel, mais un site internet utilisant un réseau neuronal pour traduire, j'en ai entendu que du bien, l'ayant utilisé pour usage perso, il fonctionne bien je trouve, si ça peut aider.
