Genuinely enjoyed this. Puzzles weren't too hard to feel frustrating nor too simple to feel like busywork. The few scenes that are in the demo are well done too. Definitely keeping an eye on this.

The key is with the rat inside the secret passage behind the grandfather clock in the North Hall.

To get it:
- Ask Cliff (big muscle guy) to open the locked door. He'll pull the grandfather clock, revealing the secret passage.
- Inside the secret passage, the rat is protecting the key.
- You need to scare the rat using the stuffed cat you get from the basement, which is accessible via the dumb waiter in the kitchen, past the dining room.
- After scaring the rat, you can get the key.
- To open the book, click on the key and drag it to the book in your inventory.

My cursor can't leave the game window, even if the game is out of focus. I had to use control+alt+delete to kill the game. Anyone else have this problem?

Alt-tabbing out of the game fixes this. If it doesn't for you, in the top right you can enter the options and put it on fullscreen
