I didn't dress her to go to the plane. When I pulled that part up, there was nothing on the cabinet side to put on. In the game it put the stuff on for me. It was like automatic. Then once she's standing in the room it wasn't there again. So it's not there but when she is getting dressed for the plane. I didn't do anything there. The game just jumped to her fully dressed.

Details like save/load usage, rollbacks etc....

That scene is indeed auto. You don't have to do anything when she's getting ready for the plane...
I try to recreate it from a fresh start but I basically just started playing. I did save a couple times as is my habit but no real rollback or anything til it stuck on me. Then I tried starting from one of my previous saves. Like I said when I get a chance I'll try fresh from the start and see what it does.
Nice start. Took me awhile to figure out how to use the keys. But after that, it was pretty intuitive. Look forward to further updates.

Same problem here - can't undress in bedroom (with headmistress) because Mary is already nude. Nothing to remove, and won't allow dressing with nightwear (pieces move back again).
If you click "Finish" then Mary says she can't go to bed wearing her hat.

Have you used at any point skip or rollback?
Have you played it all in one go or did you continue from a saved game?

But the bugfix is stealing my underwear after presentation to the headmistress.
I did not encounter that before.
Can that be connected to the part where one has to keep pressing "z"?

Deleted all "Saves" folders (in the Games folder and the AppData/Roaming/RenPy one) and started afresh. Have successfully reached the end of the Prologue. Thanks and Good Luck.

Try a fresh start as previous saves will cause conflicts in some variables.
Delete any old saves as well...
Please let me know if the problem persists even if you start from the beginning.
