So, game is on v3.9 while latest mod is v3.4. Probably intuitively obvious to the casual observer, but I take it the mod has been dropped?

Modder has stopped doing all mods. Various Modders have picked up his other mods but this game sat with no activity for a while so it may have been overlooked.

Looks like Ripson may be updating it per a post several above this one.
