When you paste yes, it's just the system that tries to identify the url and forgets to add (usually) the part after the ".com" ".org" etc. And tags it separates by commas, so when pasting from somewhere it usually gives some problems

Try these steps?
1 - Disable the anti-virus and try again.
2 - It needs to run as an administrator.
3 - Try to run on Win XP or Win 7 compatibility mode.
