you could try to compare them to door height which is fairly standard, but figure sizes tend to vary wildly from scene to scene. both accidentally and deliberately to fix perspective problems.
and if you mean cup size, that depends on the ribcage circumference. 32 D == 34 C == 32 B. so it's fairly impossible to tell.
