Identify Medieval Game - father daugthers

I can't remember the name of this game. It had a similar setting to Esteria but the MC was the king and he needed to sire a male heir but his wife was dead. He had two or three daughters and his mother was some cultish domineering figure. In the game you get to spank the mom if she gets out of line and you cuddle with your redhead tenant.

Any idea what game this is? I hope it wasn't abandoned.
