I have been attempting to create a Melonbooks account to purchase a digital item for some time now, and have yet to successfully create an account in order to do so. The issue is that creating an account requires a Japanese phone number, and the system apparently has a tight lock on VoiP and other common workarounds, as I have yet to receive the verification text to both the free and private online numbers. I've tried third-party buyers as well, but they can't purchase digital items, only physical. I'm at a loss as the item is only on Melonbooks, so the only solutions I can think of would be if someone would be willing to allow me to send a verification to their phone, or be willing to share their Melonbook account so I can make that purchase if possible.
