Eh? Kind of it's more extra goodies if anything
The game adds:

1. 6 new Minion Succubi roam around in grinding areas, which one that appears depends on the day. Killing them grants more exp
2. A mission that leads to a 3rd joke ending (you need to experience an ending to initiate the mission game overs count apparently)
3. Another character that appears in the same area in the slums where the new mission takes place.
4. A new difficulty meant to be an in-between difficulty
5. there's orbs that give you items that level up or down the cat hands
6. some game over scenes can now have the option to boot you back to the inn instead of back to the title screen (Lost levels and used items aren't restored as the game treats it like a day passed)
7. a crossover mission with D-Gate
8. An animation viewer that requires you to experience both ending 1 and 2 to unlock (Includes unused animations like a solo shika titjob)

Base game is already translated. Dlc is the only part not translated so someone else other than daze can do this part if they can?

It can't. I think someone would have to translate the whole thing from the beginning from what I understood since daze can no longer translate it because of some shenanigans which happend.

Win and resist. Then throw vial.
Now do ending.
