Overview:
A Hunter Academy was established to teach Monster Hunters.
Cliff came to the academy to become a Hunter,
but the place turns out to be an old building unlike its name suggests,
and the great Hunter couple who was supposed to teach him leaves the Academy to go solve an incident in another town.
The Hunter candidates are all girls except for Cliff.
And after many turns of events, Cliff is placed in charge of the Academy and gets to stay with all the girls...​

Hi mate forgot to to explain you need to run the patch as windows XP. So go to properties then compatibility change compatibility to windows XP service 2 tick run as admin rights. Run patch should go nps

I got either an error 1155 (without japanese local) or 1628 with local emulator (alternativ more recent and more featuring than GF App locale).

Not sure as to what to do from there (this with the main setup.exe).

do you have windows 10 if so try this "Windows 10 using NTLEAS

You just extract the files from that archive into the game's folder and drag the Game.exe onto the ntleasWin.exe and click "Save & Run"
