Yes, ecchi images, but there is sex. Granted only like two times is it even somewhat described, but it is there. I agree the game rather just eludes to it rather than outright going into massive detail, but hey, 2 scenes is still not none (and all the other scenes where its still implied/somewhat talked about, just not in huge detail)

There are 11, but I don't know if there any secret ones, I didn't try to find any yet.
And I think you can get the same ending by doing different things.
At least I think like that because I got one ending 2 times by making different choices.
