I know that the Adventures of Kincaid is fun gameplay wise and has good graphics, but it's also furry, so that might not be something for you.

Old answer but I only know Lab2Undergroudn wich I really liked. I also remember another game same as Lab2 but it was a girl an her sister mining in caves or something like that.
