Man you shouldnt tag it completed, this game sucks ass. Literally insanely bad controls and movement. The moment you manage to kill first enemies and go through some screens, you might die for no reason and you'll be moved to MAIN SCREEN and you are going TO WATCH INTRO AGAIN AND AGAIN.

Okay its stamina, not mana? THEN WHY THE HELL I NEED STAMINA TO SHOT MY GUN? And why does it take ages to recover stamina?

A difficult game I can handle. What I can't handle is limited, stiff and gated-off controls backed by a crappy stamina system. If this gets patched to something better I can see a recommendation. Until then Mystic Knight Maya, Atelier Tia or FlipWitch would be a better choice.

I tried to give the game a fair chance. But the controls are just horrendous along with the stamina drain. Even leveling up doesnt seem to help with the stamina drain. It has been said before but why does firing a gun take stamina when she is just standing still?? Then not only do you have to wait for the stamina to refill but you need to wait for it to recharge as well. This game needs tweaked some more for sure.

What is it with developers at the moment releasing slop in barely playable conditions. Its like they don't even test their own games. At least get a couple of your friends to try it and scrutinize things like controls, speed, and dmg/health numbers before putting it online here.

Sorry you had to deal with that level of pain, but thank you all the same.
There's so many times a game just LOOKS good but it ends up being trash.
disappointing. I don't even know if I want to try cheat engine.

If you want to play the game for the riveting storyline (it's not) rather than just the porn, extract one of the zips and put the chosen Assemby-CSharp.dll file into the "Midnight Memories Sonata of the Soul_Data\Managed" folder.

QOL version provides a bunch of quality of life changes including:

• Inverts the shift key so you auto-run and hold shift to walk instead
• Stops back-step, running, shooting and abilities from draining stamina
• Removes the stupidly long reload on the gun
• Makes the speech/story text appear immediately rather than one letter at a time at a snails pace
• immunity to spikes
• infinite jumps (as you can get stuck on spikes)

God mode provides all the above and also includes:

• immunity to enemy contact and attack damage
• no cooldown on melee attacks, back-step and abilities

I've only played it to just after the first boss so there might be something important I've missed.

This game is TEDIOUS. I gave it a fair shot, played for 3 hours. But the gameplay is just horrible. Super low stamina that takes a good 45sec to recharge, endless waiting, repetitive long corridors and ennemies and horrible boss fights. I'm not sure who this was meant for, I am a patient guy but this is just crazy

After 8 very difficult attempts after killing the goblins and reaching the spike jump, I reached the checkpoint and there is no way to go up. There is a giant mountain and I didn't see anything to shoot or anything. It's too high. Maybe with tricks I can get over it. but legally I didn't see a solution.

edit: I didn't say anything, forget it, once I got tricks I shot and a platform appeared. Because they are invisible I don't know but let's see how the game goes.
