are thos squares pane lights or it's hdri?
if it's a pane you can set the opacity for those in the surfaces to 0.001 or something and you won't loose the light.
I'm sure you can do something with the wall picture at all on the reflection settings but I forgot at the moment the name for that setting.

Yes, it's hdri, but I saw it at the last moment so I left it like that.
