Generally the release times are between 19:00-20:00 UTC - unless specified otherwise.

Will MP get a new official thread, or will Mod turn this one into the official one? 
Someone of his patreons asked him if he still planing to release the game topday and he said 1 hour ago:
"yes, although not sure if in 6 or 8 hours. Coding department still fiddling with a few things."
