Same happening over here. I finished all three girls stories before starting the end section, and I have tried using the cheat to either increase or decrease morality before the "All three" and "Keep it" options appear, but even though I have my moral -30 or +30, those options are still greyed out.
There is no other cheat mod. The cheat is built into this mod. Open up the mod menu and press the 'Cheats' Tab. There you can see the options to Set your Morality to Low or High. That is the option that Kondorito was talking about. And it does work. I have tested it multiple times and even messed with the code myself. The pop up text might be wrong but it does change the values to either +30 or -30.

It works for any version before this update, I highly doubt it breaks it, the extra version updates animations at the end, adds translations, and fixes bugs. The elite version only adds non-canon gallery scenes to the gallery and nowhere else.
Only by starting a new game from scratch and deleting all of my saves was I able to get the menu to appear and haven't had any other issues since.
Dude seriously?... Read the front page of this thread. Shawnchapp the developer of this mod literally explained how to use the mod. I have no idea how you missed that buddy xD
As far as I can tell with the steam version, even after the updates it works fine. Haven't ran into any issues besides maybe a few mismatches in the order of things but that was there before anyway so as far as I can tell everything still functions.

Well, using the newest version of the game with Your mod seems to be breaking the game completely for me, any chance for an update?
That seems to be an error with the text/namebox as far as I can tell. I actually removed these lines from my script file due to the fact that I prefer the original that came with the game. This is probably why I have ran into no errors whatsoever. The only thing I can recommend is to either decompile the script yourself and remove lines 16-18 and 314-345 in the Overrides script. Or if Shawnchapp gives me permission I'd be glad to upload my version of the edited file to save people the time. No clue why that is causing an error though as I am very out of practice when it comes to coding xD
