Did you already try out all the steps in the 'Game Doesn't Run' section of the OP?
Other than the ones listed there I can't think of anything else to try, but maybe someone will have some suggestions...!

I love acid styles games, i just wish he used more familiar game engine.
I had a scan through previous pages but couldn't see a solution anywhere. My game runs at roughly 300-400% faster than it probably should. Like turbo mode is always on. I assume this is because of my overpowered system however is there a solution to get it to play at regular speed?

You should be able to lock framerate for individual games and programs through the control panel for your graphics card

Dunno what speed this game runs at, but I'd try with 60 first and go down to 30 if it's still too fast. It's almost never any other number.

I found 60fps is the sweet spot. I do find odd moment where the game ramps back up to turbo for a second or two but its workable.
Is there way of having a bigger health and mana bar? i like it when there are lots of extra enemies on hard mode but dont like how quick my life goes down.

No in-game methods that I know of, but in case you'd ever like to try your hand at modding you can get the engine itself here! It should be feasible to increase the stats of each character.
The Big Caveat ™ is that the user interface is in Japanese, but if you hold your phone to the screen with Google Translate, you can find your way around. I'm trying to translate the engine (to help speed up my Mihashira translation/modding) and will probably drop that here for anyone interested to play around with too, once it's done.
But since that's a lot of effort, if you just want a normal ingame way to recover health/mana easily:
- Hashitaka - spam parry
- Kigis - spam 'whack stuff with stick'
- Ikaru - spam dodge (must iframe through attacks or projectiles)

If only we had some Japanese users that could help us out. This is a bit much for me but I am reading the thread for action editor that you linked. Keep up the good work.
Reach out to user kumarin , I have seen them work with lots of modding of games and they may be able to offer advice.
