There's a difference if your AV is triggered by just going to a certain webpage or opening a file you downloaded.My AV picked up on it as well. And it seems it deleted the exe file

If a webpage triggers your AV and is know to be an innocent itself - like MIXdrop - it's most certainly some ad. Quite a common topic. And just another reason to use a decent adblock.
Just downloaded Mila from Mega and run MilaAI.exe through VirusTotal. 0/51 (while many of the free crap timed out). So it's 99.99% just another false alarm. Ren'Py is quite famous for triggering those (it was worse in the past). Don't know anything about your AV / it's settings.
