This is the new standard of the adult gaming industry. Release a 'demo' with 10 minutes of gameplay with nice art, clean hud and bait people to give you money to 'develop your game'. Give people reasonable updates for a year and then milk suckers for they exchange nickels for years to come. It worked a lot for the Summertime Saga creator, he won't have to find a real job for the next 6 to 7 years. I even envy him, I should thought about how I can make a killing fooling people online with his method before him.
RPGmaker games are hell. Just getting lost and having zero clue what is supposed to trigger progress, looking up outdated walkthroughs that don't help at all. Pixel hunting for where you can leave a screen and find a new location. A world littered with generic meaningless NPCs that look identical to named main characters you need to talk to. Getting stuck and reading a walkthrough that tells you to do something that doesn't exist or can't be done.
Got stuck at the part where the walkthrough says you need to talk to Foxy in the mall. I don't know who Foxy is, she isn't there, clicked on everything there is to click and there is no way to progress. No actual way to tell if the walkthrough is wrong or there is a bug that caused an event to not trigger.

I don’t know what it is about the summertime saga, if we are talking about a technical update, then it is already in the process of being released and the first part is already publicly available, but this week there will be a second one, so it doesn’t really look like milking

90% of devs are like these, beyond pathetic state. I don't even feel sorry for the sucker that fund these con artist. They deserve to get scammed
First do the Miley and Michelle quest then find Jessie at the arcade and talk to her.
You cant do more at first, then go home and when you enter the house.
When you do the mother night scene plays and in the morning return to the arcade and talk to Jessi again,
now you should be able to continue her quest.

Without any error information or error log -- this is about the best we can go on:
This appears to be using RPGM MZ for game creation - While I have known some people to have success with Windows 7 and RPGM MZ games - it would be best if you have Windows 10 or 11.
You should probably have 8 GM RAM and CPU should be an i3-4340 or better. Make sure you video card is OpenGL with at least 1 GB of VRAM with 1280x768 or better display resolution.
If you have all that - make sure your anti-virus isn't doing something wonky that prevents the game from running.
