There are plenty of games that have milfs and pregnancy, but I'm not sure how many have ONLY milf characters and pregnancy. The only one I can think of is Adverse Effects and it's a pretty short one. If you do a tag filter and only select Milfs and Pregnancy than that should give you a full list of all your options.
