Is there any way to integrate incest patch with it? or both can work simultaneously(which is unlikely)?

It should work fine with (linked from the main game thread's OP), since it's technically just updating a translation file.
Have you tried using this and gotten errors?
It's working for season 1. As the mod doesn't modify the dialogue file. Many renpy based walkthrough mod do not work along with incest patch because of that. That's why I was asking beforehand.
