We already explained why on Discord. It is to reward players that actually play the game since the gallery will be unlocked from start.

Is there an Android port ?

i think my game is bugged. there is no laptop in secret lab.... only russian doll and tv... hint says i need drop money on laptop... got no money got no laptop

It is not bugged. If the laptop doesn't appear in the secret lap then The laptop is at Dalvin's place.
