Updates could take anywhere between 4-6 weeks , with the next one -as stated previously many times- (0.03a) taking most likely all 6 weeks (if all goes well) as we will be doing parts of the Gallery too which is increasing our workload. Update speed is also directly related to the support/help that we are getting so the more support we get the faster we can finish the work.

Where can I find the phone?

At the start of the game the phone to give to Dalvin's mom is in Dexters room. You can charge it with the charger which is right below in the same room.
If you are talking about Dexters phone , you need to buy it

0.03 End? When do you have sex?

Don't know. We like to build some plot. Some games here are in update 10 and still no sex. In ours it will be faster but you gotta have some patience.

You need to charge the phone (not drill) in Dennis room , under his desk there is a charger. Get the phone from his desk too.
