Windows keeps blocking the download on the following ground "Detected: Trojan:Win32/MalUri.A!cl" why is that that the rar file contains this?

Virus reports with the "!" exclamation mark are usually heuristics. For example the !ML stands for Machine Learning hits.
I.e. this isn't based on a verified hit, but the virus scanner assumes that something looks like malware.
There is an older thread with lots of info, because this was a HUGE problem some 1-2 years back.

You play as multiple heroes depending on the location that you are. If you are at Dennis house then you are Dennis , if you are at Sue's house then you are Sue , etc

Actually the best game on here, no joke.
The writing and scenes are unique, and the art is above and beyond.
Also the updates are very timely, unlike other games that are milking patrons dry.
