Features:

• This mod adds an in-game walkthrough for every character and event in the game Milfy City! The walkthrough menu contains dynamic guides that let you track your progress for each character and see the requirements needed to trigger their scenes and advance their story.
  
  
• An optional cheat menu has also been added which has cheats that allow you to disable mini-games, set your money to $9999, unlock all secret cards, and unlock all of the scenes in the scene gallery.
  
  
• I've also made a few other improvements to the game such as:
  • Making the game for festive for the holidays by adding an optional setting to use winter and Christmas themed background location images for the rooms in the game when it's December
  • Adding the option to skip the game startup splash screens
  • Including the incest patch in the mod

There is no link because the previous link was anyway only for the old version of the mod which was for the game version 0.71 and a long time ago the game was finished and the last available version of the game is 1.0e and since this modder has not yet updated this mod for the final version of the game for a long time, apparently the old link to the outdated version of the mod was removed so that people would not use the outdated version of the mod with the newer currently available version of the game and then complained about some bugs because of that because unfortunately people often download mods without even looking at what version of the game they are for and then complain that they have some bugs and as you can see in the OP the modder added a message saying "I'm currently updating the mod for v1.0!" but unfortunately Maid Lain has not been active as a modder for a long time so nobody knows if we will ever see an updated version of this mod for the final version of the game 1.0 and if we ever do, no one knows when it will happen.

Have you read which version of the game this mod was made for?
0.71 is incompatible with 1.0e.
That's why you no longer have a link...
