Hi so i recently bought this game from dlsite and when i load it up it gets to the first part of when she is asking around but when she goes through the door a loading screen appears and then i get an error saying that it failed to load tile 1. I tried redownloading it but it still doesnt work and i dont know what to do. Any ideas are grateful.

If you bought the game in dlsite, you should try finding support in that page.

That happened to me too for some other dlsite game. Maybe download same game from this site and just play, i mean you already paid for it makes no difference and might work.
