Millie’s adventure is the story of a young cowgirl sorceress on a mission to recover her stolen magic staff, a gift from a friend she cares about. That's the whole story, simple and direct, since it is certainly not the focal point of the game.
But let’s take it one step at a time, starting with the gamepley. This, in turn, is simple and immediate, with only six commands, with Ctrl for melee attack (which is explained only in the text file READ_ME, who knows why) and space for ranged attacks. The enemies we find are more environmental obstacles than anything else, with only a few of them trying to attack us directly, which makes combat optional. The game world is in a pleasant pixel art and is quite content: two cities and two dungeons. In the first city you will find on sale a whistle for horsemen, which unlocks the fast travel (through the map menu), which will be useful. Erotic scenes, on the other hand, are all hand-drawn, except those that happen in overworld, which remain in pixel art.
Let’s move on to the erotic side: Millie’s Adventure is a game that does not back down and, indeed, is one of the few that pushes all the way to the physical change caused by the continuous and extreme sexual experiences in which our protagonist will take part. So if you are not interested in prolapses or various dilations, it may not be suitable for you. The erotic experience will be the engine behind exploration and backtracking: in fact, various npc and activities are blocked behind a certain level of development of one of the four erotic parts of our girl (mouth, tits, anus and vagina). As these are "trained", they will level up and change in appearance, dilating, slabbing and, eventually, coming out (pure gold is the scene of masturbation with ovaries, unlockable by one of the first npc, something I had never seen before).
The real problem is that their development, except for level 5, happens too quickly. Indeed, the rush is the real flaw of this experience, which seems to be still incomplete or in development (there are even two or three roads blocked by npc, which makes you think there is a way, or an event, to move them and proceed, but no, there is none), with also a very early ending (without making spoilers, just accept the proposal of a character and see two scenes, end of the game, no other finales).
A shame, especially for a game with erotic elements so out of the ordinary. It would have been enough to add something more, or slow down Millie’s physical development. Four stars for originality.
