My LS MG ranking right now:

1. Taylor (she's basically female!MC: idealistic, career driven, troubled familial background. They could work together not just now, but in the future too. If the MC stops telling everyone how their dates go, that is)
2. Miranda (very hot, absolutely mad about the MC, and singing herself to bloodied throat to support the MC was touching. Hope we can limit Sienna to minimum on her path)
3. Elsa (The older variant of Taylor, sharing her pro's. Used to be my #2, but lost the spot to Miranda after Ep. 3. To me, her relationsip with the MC is a bit too casual right now, I'd prefer something more romantic. Hope we'll have to deal with her ex in a non-physical way)

So, my Top-3 is the same as Milton's, just with Taylor as the 1st place.

4. Lana would be here, but she's not a MG, so Rose (has awesome chemistry with the MC, even if it's more friendly than flirty.)
5. Danielle (could be an interesting and very hot route, particularly if we can help her break Selena and Caroline up)
6. Olive (I like her, but the MC's too popular and busy for this shy virgin to keep him for long. I don't see them being equals in a relationship, and that's bad)

On Olive topic - funny enough, I’m not really into shy, innocent types either, usually find them boring (there're exceptions of course). I’m more drawn to confident, bold personalities. That said, in this case, Olive stands out among other girls because she’s relatively drama-free, which feels like a breath of fresh air. In my humble opinion, she’s also beautiful enough to somewhat make up for her lack of personality. I think their relationship could work if they both put in the effort.

Besides, and hear me out - if (or rather, when) MC starts working as a journalist, Olive might actually be a perfect match, considering her passion for photography

Taylor/Elsa - well, the way I see it, Taylor and MC are, like you said, two career-driven workaholics - a journalist (sorry, I can’t help myself) and a lawyer. It might work in the short term, but long-term? I just don’t see it lasting.
With Elsa, on the other hand - she’s already admitted she wouldn’t sacrifice time with people she loves and cares about for her career. I can actually see her ending up with MC, maybe even starting a family down the line. Of course, that’s just my perspective.
Not saying it couldn’t happen with Taylor too, but honestly, she’s never been one of my favourites - even before her breakdown, I can’t quite put my finger on why, though.

I was joking, of course - I totally see your point here. Leslie is another exception for me: shy/virgin girl who’s right at the top of my list (even though not my type usually). Absolutely adorable.

Speaking of Summer Scent - I was actually considering playing it a while ago and briefly got through a thread but then switched to another game. Am I right in assuming there's a normal path for Cassie (where nobody is dominating anyone)? And can we actually avoid Eve and Kelly? Cassie’s the only one who really caught my attention.

There's totally a 'normal' path for Cassie, and my sole SS run is on it. I'd advise to plan your run in advance however, perhaps using a guide, as it's very easy to make a mistake and end up on the domination path instead.
Eve is completely avoidable (as LI, that is), while Kelly is generally avoidable, but there is a mandatory scene where the MC is hugging her topless form. It doesn't go anywhere, but it is there.

Since you guys started talking about Law School, I wanted to throw in my two cents as well. I fully finished last update yesterday and I have a few thoughts.

First off, what I did not like:

1) Way too much drama for my taste.

At first, I didn’t pay much attention to it, but by the time I got through this update, it was impossible to ignore: - Aurora, MC & Jacob (the Trial), Miranda ending up in a hospital, Taylor/MC/Samara (parents situation), Sana & Victor with a gangs, Isabella getting drugged at a club... seriously, it felt like I'm in a some kind of soap opera.

If all of this had been spaced out across a few episodes, - it wouldn’t have been such a big deal. But cramming it all into one update?... for me it's too overwhelming, I mean, I'm not buying into it.

I understand that drama is what moves the plot forward, but come on, some of it just felt completely unnecessary. And MC constantly saying "I can explain"... the only thing missing - is a laugh track in the background.

Honestly, I preferred it when MC was being blackmailed over that forced kiss or freaking out about taking a basketball. It was funny at least

2) Overprotective idiot-friend cliche.

I feel like MM has a very twisted understanding of what it means to be a best friend. Being someone’s “bestie” doesn’t mean you have to act like a complete idiot.

The whole Miranda+Sienna just drove me nuts.
There’s a minor misunderstanding after the gym scene, and Sienna just snaps, going full retard mode with her attacks on MC instead of, I don’t know, maybe talking to Miranda first?
I gave her a hard time at the end of episode 2 even though it made Miranda upset and I think it's not enough.

And then, even in episode 3, - the bitch is still being an overprotective controlling cunt. She's not even around, and yet she's still reminding and threatening MC about messing up a date with Miranda. I honestly wish there was an option to just tell her to fuck off.

Next one - Taylor/Samara/MC case
Once again, another misunderstanding after Taylor & MC date, and...surprise - the same absolutely idiotic behaviour from Samara, attacking MC, in his case the same blame goes probably to Taylor (sorry Milton, I know she is one of u'r favs).
I get it, Taylor is very upset, I really do, but common, you're best friends, - besties, you communicate with each other - simple explanation to Samara would’ve cleared everything up. Just a few words to avoid this far fetched silly drama.
I mean, later Taylor admits it's not MC fault - was is hard to tell Samara earlier? (Sorry, I know, I sound like an insensitive jerk, I guess I really am) .
Samara didn’t go full meltdown mode like Sienna but was very close to the red line in my eyes, I chose “get mad” option during the exhibition. She’s lucky she’s at least fun to have around. Still, she’s sitting at the bottom of my list for now.

These kinds of misunderstandings happen constantly in the game. Is that, like, the main moto here?

Who is next? Sana & Victor
Oh boy.
Victor is already way too overprotective. I can only imagine the chaos if we actually start dating Sana. Probably a bunch of all kinds of threats, and if there’s yet another misunderstanding (and let’s be real, there definitely will be one) - Victor's gonna beat the shit out of MC and there will another trial (the real one). Good thing I 'm not posting this on MT - don't wanna give MM ideas)))

Next - Aurora & Lana.
I think we already got some threats from Lana at the end of episode 2.

All in all, I think MM has taken this overprotective-best-friend cliché and turned the dial up to 100. It’s honestly getting out of hand.

3) Some things felt a bit forced.

There were a few moments here and there that felt unnecessarily forced, like kissing with Taylor or Selena/Caroline scenes.
Don’t get me wrong - I have no issue at all with their lesbian relationship. But was it really necessary to push those scenes on the player? Especially the 2nd one - it felt a bit out of place and like something I could’ve easily done without.

Things I did like

1) Elsa.
This girl is the one bright light at the end of the tunnel - the main reason I’m still looking forward to next updates. She was already my favourite before, but after the last update - I’ve gone full simp mode. My goddess
I agree with Des's comment on MT, though - she’ll probably take a step back in the next episode since MC wasn't expelled. But still, any scene with her is an absolute treat, a feast for my eyes, honestly.

2) Pouty, angry faces
At this point, I’d say this is MM’s brand Stuff. Those exaggerated expressions - especially the pouty or angry ones, are hilarious.

Other thoughts about stuff, girls

1) Personality system.
My main route is altruistic. I’ve tried to make choices that I’d go with IRL, and I ended up with around twenty-something points on that path, which I’m totally fine with, especially since the girls I’m most interested in (including my precious Elsa) are available on this route.
As for the personality-based branching - we already had a discussion about this with Milton, so I’ll just sum up what I said before.
My opinion - this is MM’s way of avoiding insane story branching later on, so, I want MM to show me his vision of how this system is actually meant to work, cause it's still not fully clear.
Until then, I’m not planning to make separate saves for the other six girls outside of Elsa, Olive, and Taylor. Just a man-whore path.

In theory, I’d love to explore paths for Sana and Miranda (neutral path girls), and also Aurora and Samara (selfish route). At the moment one thing’s for sure: I’m not going full jerk mode in a game just to fit into the selfish path. The neutral one seems more manageable.

2) About some of the girls

Miranda - she’s fucking adorable, seriously. But I’m not committing to her route unless she grows a spine and finally tells Sienna to back off. Right now, she still relies on her way too much (which I get, to a point), giving Sienna full control. I just can't stand this cunt.

Sana - I agree with some comments on MT, she doesn't strike to me as main girl, BUT, I find Sana extremely attractive (my 2nd one after Elsa when comes to looks), I really wanna try her path, sorry Will, aaaand another but... this whole looming Victor being overprotective drama is already turning me off from her route.
BTW, speaking of Will - there will be probably more drama with him coming up too (on Sana's path).
Also, still can't believe he actually dated Jessica, WTF, did he lose a bet or smth (sorry, couldn't help it )

Samara - she used to be my fourth favourite, but after this update... she’s went closer to the bottom. Like I said before - she’s lucky she’s at least funny.
Oh, and her makeup in this update? Absolutely atrocious.

Lana - still keeping her reserved in my imaginary "ending alone" route since she is a SG only

Rose - probably the funniest character in the game, at least from my perspective. I’m not interested in her romantically, but I always enjoy her scenes. Her char's genuinely entertaining.

But, the recent confirmation of a Kaylah path and her catching feels in 0.15 and falling in love in 0.16 has really elevated her on my list, she's just about level with Charlotte now. The thing keeping Charlotte just ahead for now is being a father to Emma.

Now, I believe most if not all titles in your list seem to be DAZ based, no HS ones at first glance, so that might explain why not Eternum and N&T. Mist is also a Blender title, so that might explain it too. But the others? They do not qualify for your "Favs" list, or you haven't played them yet?

If it's the former, I'm slightly disappointed tbh, but if it's the later, I strongly advice you to try them when you have the time.

Yeah, I already left my Kaylah-simp post in the MT thread after this update .

Most of the time, my Kaylah's path felt a bit fragmented, cause I was just playing it update by update, and even then, she was already my 2nd favourite. But once her route was confirmed, I did a full Kaylah-dedicated playthrough from a scratch. She totally stole 1st place on my list.

It's amazing how much character growth she got, especially for supposed to be a side girl, more growth than some of the main girls I'd even say, at least so far. And I loved reading Kaylah's inner monologues as she went through different stages of relationship with MC.

So, as of right now, Kaylah's my best girl in Hillside, and easily is one of my favorite LIs in general.
I started collecting girls for my top 100 btw, I think she’ll probably end up in my top10-15.

Eternum - I did start, but wasn't really getting in to it. But I have it on my list to give another go at some point.
Now & Then - I have on ignore, but I'm not sure why. I have added it back to have a look at it.
City Of Broken Dreamers & Mist - are on my todo list.
Mystwood Manor & Man of the House are also on my todo list - but I really dislike Unity.

In all my AVNs there is only about 10 girls that I really just want to die. If only the dev would give me a "pull the trigger" choice. That redhead is one of them. I despise her.
