Have you tried searching through the Recommendations for games with good animations & sounds? If there's not something like that you could ask the question and see if anyone can give you some ideas. (I always play with sound off, so I can't help you there sorry).

I've re-read it. While our tastes certainly differ, we both have the classic "BaDIK at the top and WVM at the bottom"
In your summary of this game (your PDF), you mention that nothing is forced. I'm trying it out for the first time right now. I've gotten to the point where the MC is very focused on getting the code to the cellar, to meet Rachel. MC just got the code when Katie entered it to change the lager keg.
I wasn't given a choice to accept, or not, and would love a way to offramp that agreement. Perhaps on other playthroughs, but my first one I'm trying to play the MC as a nice and respectful "good guy" who is not interested in being an insider leaking about the jury. Or is her reporter arc directly forcing the MC to agree and I'll just have to get over it?

By forced I meant sexual interaction. Unfortunately I'm pretty sure you have to leak information, I tried every way I could to not leak (because like you, I really didn't want to).
I did discover that you are given options to actually leak crappy inconsequential stuff and she ends up getting shitty with you, or leak damaging stuff about your co-jurors. (I went the crappy ones).
Ok, so it's just the forced leaking, as part of the news stories I guess then. The relationship isn't forced, which is all good by me. Thanks!

I have trust in RiamMar, he's been doing stuff a long time. I actually thought when they took over, the dialogue and variable pathing greatly improved (I've just played the latest update today). I understand they are just taking a break to get the relaunch of Runaway Princess back up and then they'll return to this. Fingers crossed, like you said, it's quite unique and I really like it. While it's got more sandbox then I would prefer, the way they've set it, it's quite manageable.

looking at this list makes me go im gonna hate adding this to my spreadsheet tho I don't go as in detail. I only add girls I think that may make more than 1 or 2 appearances haha

There's a few on there that only show up once. Some I thought may turn up again, but they haven't yet. I find it useful to do it for them too, cause if they show up again, you can easily find where you saw them before. 'Oh that's right, I had a chat with her at the bar'. But you do end up with some at the end, that you never see again.

. Don't remember that many girls there.Though I'm behind quite a few updates.
I think last update I played was the one that ended with a very rushed and emotionless scene/lewd with Lyra. It was pretty disappointing (for me at least).
Gotta play it again. I remember I was interested the most in Navaeha, Esther and Samira.
I also liked Lanya, Astrid and Delliah.
