Yeah, Nami is in my top 10 hated LIs across all AVNs. It wouldn't be so bad if you could avoid her a bit. But you can't. The big difference for me compared to say Being a DIK, if you don't like Maya, you hang out with her less and when you do it's as friends with different behavior to a romance route. If you don't like Nami, it doesn't matter, you're still gonna love her and everytime you are near her you are hanging off each other. And choices like don't hug naked Nami, last a minute, before you're cuddling and hugging her anyway. Or choose don't tell Nami about breaking in to the Holgerson's. What's the point, when 3 scenes later you tell her anyway without any choice.

Sasha is also guided by Robin's feelings for MC. If you forgive Robin and get on friendly terms, then Sasha is nicer too. She's a lot more helpful during the panic attack if you are on good terms with Robin.

I get a bit frustrated with how MC treats the girls too, most of the time he's rude to the ones that I want to be nice to. And meanwhile, the ones I want to call out and tell to stop their shit, he lets slide and doesn't say anything.

I don't actually expect to still be alive when it's finished, so it's definitely not one of the one of the updates I rush to play.

Honestly SG is one of the few games I like to replay before I play each update if I can make the time for it that is. I really love Bella's path especially the cinematics. To me the cinematics are the best part of her path. For me they really felt like there was a small story within them and had enough small detail within them to the point I can really feel like Bella likes the MC more than is shown in her romantic scenes. Without the cinematic she would be just another Tsundere to me.

I actually did a quick run through my own notes. I wouldn’t call it a hate list per se, more like a list of girls I’d never go for - each for their own reason. Some annoy the hell out of me, some look like they’ve been wearing Sauron’s ring for decades, and some are just clearly not my type.

Finally, a discussion about Summer's Gone, long time no see!
Personally, I'm on the "hate Nika" bandwagon. His behaviour around the whole Victoria accident disgusted me, and there was no coming back. I actually liked Nami and sympathized with her plight of living with such an awful stepbrother. So, my "big brother protector" turned on for her, and when the highly popular Bella antagonized her, I immediately hated her. I hate bullies in general, and here the 'little sister' was concerned. I ended up dropping the game when Nika went to the gym with that Black guy who for no reason suddenly decided to do everything in his power to help the MC out.
Fun fact (c) LS: I used the name 'Tony' for Nika. He fits my 'Tony stereotype' largely based on the young Antonio Banderas.

A LI hatelist is also a curious thing. Mine is probably like this:

You've got quite a few on your hate list, that I'm not a fan of either.

Ana was actually one of the few exes I liked, but it might have been more I was looking for anyone to get away from Megan.

You do have a couple I do like tho. I really like Wanda (I think you and I discussed her before).

And I like Lea from Dreamland, she actually shot to my #1 after the last update. Mainly because once you choose her, it becomes the most romantic of the relationships. Holding hands, sharing special moments. None of the others have got that yet. Summer is still FWB, Alice we haven't really started anything. They might jump back in front of Lea, but she holds top spot for now. Don't tell Dessolos, but it was the handholding that clinched #1 for her.

Hedwig was a shame, I wanted to go after her, just for her name. Best name in AVNs.

It's one of the things I like best in AVNs. As someone who enjoys multi-pathing, getting different dialogue and behaviors and even personalities depending on your choices with LIs. On Danielle path (in particular), Lea really isn't nice at all and I would agree she's a horrible friend. But when you play a Lea romance path, she's a different person. It really adds to the enjoyment for me.

Well, on my main list (all girls) I don’t split them into LIs and others yet. I’ll probably add MG/SG filters next time I reorganize it. I fed my list (2854 names) into GPT, and while I don’t fully agree with some of the groupings it came up with, like, for example, I think Annalise is its own name, while Annabelle / Anabelle / Annabella are just fancy extensions of Anna - overall it’s pretty close to reality now. By the 3rd attempt, results were much better. So, the results for top-20:

Interesting stuff - my Sara count is pretty low, and I think it was the same last time we checked. I guess I just tend to avoid games with Sarahs . Another thing I noticed: your Sophies are twice mine (40 vs 20), and I’ve got the same number of Annas even though my overall list is 1500 names shorter. What really surprised me, though, is how few Nicoles I have. I always had the impression that name was popular - kind of on the same level as Lily, Anna, and Jess, at least in my head, oh well.

Well, in a way, we agree on Stephanie (Heart Problems) - I really couldn’t stand that little blackmailer, Casey (Alienated) and Kim (YC) . You kind of reminded me of Hannah (Above the Clouds), indeed, she is unbearable.
Keyla and Rose are also on my “no way” list. I don’t hate them, I just want to ignore them and move on. And like I mentioned in my previous post (added later), Vanessa and Nami from SG are very close to making the list as well.

Tara - I dunno what it is with me and Tara - something about her look puts me off immediately, there is something artificial in it, face in particular, I guess, and what especially caught me off guard is how many people find her very attractive, I can’t put my finger on it, she just rubs me the wrong way. I don't have any problems with her character though.

Heidi - I joke a lot about her look, and we’ve even discussed LIs based on that model, but I didn’t like her as a character either. First off, she’s a predatory type, which I’m not a huge fan of. And her reaction when I made my relationship with Athena official and exclusive was like, "You stole her from me - I loved her". And my thoughts at the time were: "What the hell, girl? You’ve been fooling around for how long? You had plenty of opportunities to make it exclusive, but you kept it casual. In fact, when MC moved in, you kept teasing him and hitting on him while being in a relationship with Athena. If you really loved her that much - why would you do that?"
Basically, I didn’t like anything about her in a game.

I couldn’t care less about either Megan or Melissa, to be honest (or any other girls). The only girl I really played that game for was Rena. And during the "fire scene", I had quite an internal debate, but in the end I went with a girl I met 1st - Megan. So yeah, Melissa didn’t make it on my main playthrough.

Same thing with me and Mei, I didn't play the last update and am waiting for the next one to give her a chance to explain herself… But I think she'll blow it, so I've already started thinking about Alice as my choice instead. Too bad her family is obnoxious.

Well, we definitely agree on Katrina and Kim.
I'm not a huge fan of Leah, Zoey and Quinn too. Also Wanda is one of my favs in WTHI, very interesting

I just wasn't as patient with Wanda as you guys apparently were. After she was repeatedly rude and borderline bullying towards Angel, I just thought she didn't deserve another chance. It cost me the Angel path, among other things, and I know her and Angel make up later in the game, but I stand by my decision, as in WTHI with its ton of girls, I can afford it.

Oh no, I played the original, just took forever to play the remake.

only one from your list ive played actually surprised about is Nicki after the rework before the rework I understand 100% I was on the fence about her myself took me awhile to come around to her as I saw her mostly as a friend for awhile on my first PT. But I will say this discussion makes me want to replay SG cause I don't remember Nami really being that way other than towards Bella haha.

More or less the same reasons here. Honestly, I already find her annoying enough on her own, and the fact that MC keeps drooling over her from time to time is just a bitter cherry on top.

So this was your first playthrough? Oh boy, then you actually got the nice version of Nica. Compared to the earlier one, he’s practically a saint now. As I said I kind of preferred his edgier version though - he had his own charm, hehe.

And since you mentioned your "top 10 hated LIs across all AVNs", it reminded me of our FiN thread chat. So far I know about Kim, Nicki, and Nami - but who else made it to the special list?
I actually did a quick run through my own notes. I wouldn’t call it a hate list per se, more like a list of girls I’d never go for - each for their own reason. Some annoy the hell out of me, some look like they’ve been wearing Sauron’s ring for decades, and some are just clearly not my type.

only 1 from your list is on my like list ( Heidi). i'm somewhat with you on Emma I don't like any scenes with her really for the most part they make feel a bit uncomfortable cause of how she acts. However at the same time I don't think i can say I hate her enough to make the list she is just more or less someone I just want to avoid and not be around as much as possible. After all she really hasn't done anything wrong she is just to damn sheltered / childish.

A LI hatelist is also a curious thing. Mine is probably like this:

Ellie - Defending Lydia Collier ( liked her at first then when I read the emails and so how she is a mean girl towards her sisters I actually stopped playing her path , tho this was before I started playing almost every path)
Vanessa - Long Story Short ( even if you don't play the NTR path she is always trying to get the MC to fuck her no matter how much you say no)
