For me, the closest LI to Kiara would be Brie from Broken Promises, which also doesn't have a promising future because of its slow updates.

She was there for looks but not as a character for me needed more updates but she was on her way to be up there as a characterSame - she is in my top 10 LIs of all time.

It had a Captain Heart cameo? Wow.
Tried this game back in the day, as it was promising horror elements somewhere down the line. However, the horror never came, and what I got was a middle of the road pure incest game demonizing the father too much. At least the visuals are good.

Not really a cameo. She was a movie showing at the cinema.
It went up a lot for me after the remake, when Cell went out on his own and remade it the way he wanted to from the start I enjoyed it much better.
It's still sort of incest focused, but you can actually ignore the 3 family and go for others if you want. Once you turn them down you still do stuff with them, but it's more family based than sexual. The father gets mentioned as an asshole, but come episode 4/5, he's kind of just forgotten and ignored. And the horror/mystery has been building each episode.
You may not find it any better, but for me, it's a lot better and I really enjoy it (went from a 3 to a 5 in my rankings).

I kind assume this one is closer to slop. I saw it a few months ago kind of do want to try it when im bored or something so just curious how bad of slop is it or is it actually okay. Previews make it seem kind of bad where id only want to play when bored or something

It's fine. But don't expect any story or interesting dialogue. If you like the Mom, you'll be OK, it really revolves around her and she's unavoidable. (But it's just a fuckfest). I just play updates when I'm looking for something mind numbing.
You could just start at chapter 2. You won't miss much with part 1 (and the MC is a shota in P1). There's probably only an hour of gameplay.
