I'd give this a 4.5/5 stars.
VISUALS:7/10 - it's good
DESIGN:9.8/10 - characters either very much look like how they are written or how they look and how they are enhance each other well (a lot of games don't do this well or much)
AUDIO 9/10 - the music/sound I think really adds a lot and are well chosen/composed to enhance the atmosphere and eroticism especially given the sparse still images (no animations so far)
STORY/SETUP 7.5/10 - it's good. Nothing especially erotic but definitely is erotic and adds to the experience. Actually enticing and makes me want to know what's going on than skip everything.
Concerns I have is while I'm actually a fan of the RPGM games format and its potential, I think a lot of RPGM games end up being rather tedious or like trying to find the content needle in the open world haystack. I do also hope the game doesn't become a blue balls game. The scene on the rooftop also didn't assure me because even though it's a bit too early to really tell, it does feel like a pacing misstep like introducing another character prematurely when after the first scene, I want to know what happens next with Jimmy. I don't mind have other characters but the (potentially) premature introduction of another character (and a rather similar character too) might mean the developer doesn't have a good sense of where to go and that can easily play out into a blue balls game or a cheap sex scene collection finder that are ultimately rather forgettable because they aren't really that erotic. Other games that even have excellent visuals can often end up like that where even if there's a lot of content, most or nearly all of it is cheap and forgettable. I look forward to seeing future updates and hope it'll be fantastic tho. It's definitely a good first scene.
