dunno if you did found out but you need to talk to the guy who hire you in the school, then go to your classroom and then you'll get to have access to 2 and 3. Be careful tho both are not repeatable.

Update, I did talked to the guy who hired me, which I also ended the class.
I tried visiting the convenience store and also my room. but I don't see anything trigger 2 and 3.
What is the exact trigger point as I am afraid there is a missing timing window, which I had inevitably skip it

Okay, Thanks for mentioning this my guy.
From what I gathered from this info, you need to buy bikini from Mrs. Jones and there's 3 people you can meet on the beach.
-Liz (Ms Nat close friend) and her son Ryan (There's a scene with this kid)
-Benny, he's a streamer (Yes, there's a scene with him too)
Keep in mind, I suggest you guys interact with Benny first because if you interact with Liz and Ryan
you couldn't interact with Benny. For some reason, after you done with Liz and Ryan and you're planning to
interact with Benny the next day. You'll be repeating the same interaction with Ryan over and over again and you couldn't meet Benny because of this.
I think you didn't begin a fresh save file. For the two scenes you asked you needed to have a fresh savefile. If you don't want to make one the last savefile is in the shop you can see that one and then go back to the apt to get the other you wanted.
Thanks man, I did try a new game(save) if you noticed the playtime, but I just dont have these 2 scenes,anyway, I was wondering for the apartment scene, that was the opening? It seems Miss Nat knew him a long time ago... Shame for apartment seems like a one time scene too
For the bunny scene, is for next update,not this version,right?

Can anyone tell me how to get Swimwear, Bunny Outfit, Professional Outfit ? I've managed to unlock the Professional Outfit (the white one) and the Gym outfit, but that's all I can unlock. I keep going to school in the morning and to the gym in the afternoon, that's all I can do, it seems I can't advance /unlock anything else in the game. Am I doing something wrong ?!? Any hints will be appreciated. Cheers.
Check if your stats are above 40 buy water to increase stats you can buy the swimwear at the gym
Is there a way to force windowed mode? I tried alt+enter and editing the shortcut properties but no dice.
