Yes, but to unlock NSFW content you need to add a Free DLC which might be blocked in some regions. (Steams blocks NSFW content in some countries)
However, it can be bypassed with a VPN and a country change in your saved payment method.

How do I get all the statues? I got all of them in the third and second island, but I cant find the last one on the first island (I did the one you go up a hidden path for and the one that is blocked by a crystal) can anyone help me out with this one?
