I usually don't like 3D games, the artwork and models typically look off to me but this is one of the few exceptions. Looks nice, and the scenes itself are very straight forward. Vanilla, with some rough play thrown in with 4 different girls.

Aside from the smut, story's solid and the gameplay goes well with it. Grind skills and manage items through an apocalypse, eventually going onto fight the big bad.

I had know about the existence of this game for a long time. When I searched for interesting erotic games to play, this one always popped up. But I never played it until a few days ago. For some reason I had a completely wrong impression of it. I would have predicted that Noreia, the mysterious woman with the glowing eyes you see on the cover, would be our main enemy and as a player we would have a choice between the three girls or go for a corrupted ending, where we'd join her. Or that she would at least be an antagonist for a time. That's completely wrong.

I also thought the game would be much shorter. But this is actually a proper visual novel. Proper in the sense that it can stand on its own even without sexual animations. There were multiple scenes where I thought the game would be ending soon, but it surprisingly kept going afterwards. But it didn't feel like it's dragged on. It made a good landing at the end. The game also doesn't operate too much on porn logic, except when it comes to incest. The incest is honestly just fetish-bait. The sex scenes with the sister didn't feel like breaking a taboo. It happened way too easy, which in my opinion makes the taboo aspect of it almost void.

That was the most porn world logic thing about Mist. Otherwise characters act pretty realistic and are interesting characters, who aren't just there to only bring context to sex scenes. There is a scene, where you get captured and tortured by a female character and it's played completely straight. It's not "sexy torture". You get the shit beaten out of you with a hammer and not sexy femdommed. And without the incest the sexual content in this game is basically vanilla, if you aren't an American with an estranged sense of normal human sexuality, who reads Mia as problematic, because she is young and petite. Anal sex is the most degenerate sexual act committed in this game. Which is something I very much appreciate. I like to play erotic games, which add erotic scenes as spice to a fictional story and not as the an outlet for weird fetishes. When you play this, you are basically being tricked into a normal romantic and sexual relationship with multiple women, who are sexually submissive and socially dependent on the player character. Traditional gender roles.

The sex animations themselves are sometimes the weakest part about this game. I would have liked more interactivity. But the context of the story and getting to know the character is what makes them good enough. This game isn't a sandbox at all, just to make it clear, but a linear Visual Novel without multiple paths to choose. I definitely recommend this game. If you are interested in erotic games, there is no reason to skip this one.

For those of us sick of "realistic" 3D, look no further. As someone who primarily plays 2D games, the fact that this game broke the mold is a fantastic start. It's obviously more cartoon leaning style lends itself far better to the medium than those so called "realistic" ones whilst still maintaining realism and not straying too far into what could be expected of more cartoonish styles: exaggerated figures, impossible anatomy and other such tropes.

Gameplay is simple and after a time the basic combat can grow dull, and in spite of the tip, you will have to grind to progress. Mind you the missions and exploration do make up for it. The survival aspect is recommended for those who want an extra challenge. Me? I took the easy way out with the food offer.

The story is very creative and I absolutely loved it. It's paired very well with the relationship mechanic making you feel as if YOU are actually growing closer to the characters, and the rewards are very satisfying, bringing us to...

The sex scenes! They are ridiculously well animated. They are looped until triggered and the ending scene completes it all. the one gripe I had was that in the beginning there would be a focus on the aftermath of cum dripping, rather than the actual creampie event, something which was remedied in later scenes. This is also just a taste preference, not an actual critique.

As a connoisseur of video game erotica, this is nothing short of a bona fide masterpiece. The ending had me feeling shit, a porn game had me FEELING SHIT. I only wish I could see beyond the ending, to what a future in the world could have looked like. There is only one other game that rivals this and that would be Aurelia. I will not play the new game until its full release, but if it is anything like this one, it is bound to blow me away.

Interesting story with nice graphics. Really enjoyed playing it. I had a feeling that the story itself was a bit rushed at the end, but overall it was interesting.
I would gladly play a sequel if it were created.

One of the only 3dcg games I'll be impressed by and glad I played, simple game, good story good that it focuses on a limited amount of characters and doesn't stretch the story out, good models, animation, more rpg wouda been nice but can live without it.

Overall great game. I think it struck a good balance between adult interactions, cozy relationship building, and suspense. First game with this art style that I think really pulled it off. Really looking forward to the next game Children of Morn.

STORY:
The non-romantic part of the story (or theme) is very interesting and unique! The romantic part of the story is quite cheesy, but that's hard to avoid on harem games.

MODELS/SCENES:
The bodies of the girls are very sexy, although their faces are a bit too cartoonish for my taste (but still beautiful). The animations are very, very well done! And the sex scenes/sex positions are very hot.

GAMEPLAY:
Maybe the only "not-that-great" aspect of the game. The map exploring system is nice at first, but together with the combat, they both become repetitive/grindy after a while.

Very good game. The art style is more on the unique side of games that I've played, and the girls are individually interesting and attractive. The animations surprised me - I think for this type of game using this art style they're quite good.

Story was rather engaging, though did feel as though it was dragging on towards the end. There is a bit of a grind, and honestly I would recommend just playing in "feast" mode, as the grind really doesn't add anything to the game and feels more like a waste of time than engaging gameplay. I would also mention that some of the speech during lewd scenes seemed somewhat out of character, and did kind of take away from the moment: like excessively dirty talk. Sometimes that can work but seemed weird coming from these characters at times.

There isn't an option for ignoring certain fetishes - so you may end up seeing some things you don't want to, but all animations can be skipped. It's mainly pretty tame though.

I would give this game a 4.5 rather than a 5, but figured I'd round up instead of down. Overall a good time and I recommend it.

Best game I've recently played. No other character models even come close to this. Excellent pacing. Not difficult. Grinding gone easily with cheats if you want the story but not just the gallery unlocked.

Really good game. Good characters, good development, good story, I really liked playing it, the game is well made. But fells like the story mid~end was rushed. It was missing something. BUT If the author decided to create another game with the same suspense/mystery theme, I would definitely play it.

This game had the potential to be a masterpiece but it unfortunately is not. The story and the premise is very interesting, if the game wasn't sandbox I feel like it could have pulled off the story much better in a kinetic novel kind of way.

Some pros and cons according to me

Pros

-the premise is extremely interesting

-the visuals are very good, especially the environmental designs

-the girls are cute

Cons

-extremely repetitive and grindy and the rewards for grinding are non existent, even in "feast" mode it's extremely repetitive.

-some of the dialogues, especially by MC are laughably bad and he comes across as a sleazy slimebag sometimes. For example when MC was in his supposed deathbed the last thing he said was "I wish we could have had sex".

-the sex scenes are a turn off. First of all the animations are really bad and the weird slimy sound that plays during the sex scenes are also very bad. Secondly, the writer has some weird infatuation with bodily odours, in almost every sex scenes the characters talk about weird stuff like liking MCs pungent aroma or how much they are turned on by the sweaty smell of his dick. Not everyone is into that and forcing that into almost every sex scene is a major turn off.


Overall I think the game started with a good idea but over time lots of poor decisions accumulated and made it into a not so enjoyable experience.

Masterpiece.

It's atmospheric horror, but doesn't rely on jumpscares, it has a fun core gameplay loop, it has compelling romances and fantasy drama and nice, believable art... this is a prime piece of software.

This is one of only two adult-content games that I would wholeheartedly recommend to people who aren't into porn for its own sake, because this makes a great argument that adult games should have high production and effort.

Plus, there's the iconic bonfire scene which I fully intend to reenact at some point in my life.

The game presents, in my opinion, a great concept, and it's very close to be a good game. I like the art, the atmosphere and ambiance of the story. The writing is definitely above average for sex games, but still something is missing, or rather, it's to bloated. Now what I didn't like, first the game has a horror element that is just not well explored, there's blood and gore but then it's like nothing happened. The sex scenes animations are laughably bad, it's lika a conceptual art, very slowly paced and acted, every scene has the same slime sound, the MC's dick sometimes its giant and sometimes is like 'normal'. It's just AWFUL. I mean, it is a sex game, so it is NOT worth the time just for this. The teasing part is good, since the characters are ok, but the sex part itself it is... bad. So for the sex part I don't recomend this game, and for the game part, it is even worst, WITH CHEAT ON IS A HASSLE TO PLAY THIS GAME. Very repetitive and boring. A pretty nice game IMO: I quite like the story and the characters (it's you and the LIs mostly). I found the balance between tensed moment and light ones good. The gameplay is okay to me, not much and a little repetitive with lots of back-and-forth, but works fine with the horror theme. I really liked the ambiance. I liked the art style a lot as well.
Would definitively recommend it. Bought it on itchio.

Awesome game. I love the renders. They have the cartoony look with a realistic vibe to them. The models fit the story well I think. And they look great. Whoever made them deserves a raise cause they look amazing.

Story was interesting as well. I was never a big fan of VN games, so I was glad that even though this game was a RenPy, it wasnt a true VN.

Last arc feels like a drag but holy smoke game is amazing.
I like all the characters but I like Lily the most.
I wish we have more Lily scenes.
The only thing that bugs me is when you go back you still facing the front which looks like you moonwalk back home.

Pros
-Animation quality is the best in the games I've played. Moreover, animation was used not only in sex scenes but also in narrative scenes.
-The ambiance of the game is very fascinating.
-Thriller, survival and fantasy themes are used well in the game.
-The plot is interesting.

Cons
-Not all girls are likeable and since there is no choice, it is impossible to refuse/avoid.
-The ending of the story is not well connected and feels kinda incomplete.
-The map system is very grindy, it takes a lot of time.

Other than that, the ending does NOT feel rushed and the battle is difficult if playing without a cheat. The ending makes sense. This is overall one of the better VN stories for writing a mystery story with a logical ending.

+ I appreciate the characterization and even spending time in front of the fire or stargazing to get to know each other better.

Well worth the time spent for a story that you'll want to read, not just skip to what you may find as sexy scenes or hot scenes.
