E-Hentai has good quality, but you either need points or download the torrent.
Torrent DL:
1) Get a Downloader (µTorrent, Deluge,...)
2)
3)
4) Open the downloaded file with the downloader
5) Wait and hope someone is seeding so you can dl
3rd Way:
If you dont want to do any of that, you can also click through each image and press Download original.
Then download the opened file. (Also possible to do with some kind of macro recorder if the images have same size, so you only need to go to the first image, start recording macro:
1) mousewheel click download original
2) switch to new tab -> rightclick -> download
3) ctrl + w (should close the window)
4) click next arrow in the gallery
5) set the macro recorder to repeat
