Only the idle artwork is in the asset files. No Ikki sex scenes are shared in the epilogue art files (likely because these are hosted on Patreon and Patreon doesn't want to host that stuff).

There were a couple of times they added a art assets extra bundle which had loli content in it, but I wouldn't hold your breath for it happening during epilogue.
