Earlier this year Fantia started sending mails to accounts suspected of mass downloads and general content scraping so sharers got wary of that. Around March a bunch of accounts were forcefully logged out and then banned from the service.
In other words, scraping is likely surveiled now (albeit not 100% confirmed all the time) and kem admins decided to simply turn off the Fantia uploaded for the time being.
If you sort by latest update and Fantia on kem, you can see most profiles were mass updated on the same day, before a banning spree happened.
The way Kemono handles importing content doesn't work well with how Fantia currently handles downloading. If you go on Kemono right now and look up Fantia posts by most recent updates, you'll see that no one's updated anything for months. It's not a coincidence that everyone stopped updating Fantia accounts on Kemono around the same time.

yeah, its already well known that there's no update from fantia since jan/feb.
and this statement here supporting my post from before:
Why is it that the new and old ones are fine, but the ones in the middle are dead. Like the inazuma fall, jean and bronya vids are down but everything else works fine
